An arts and health service for older people across Carmarthenshire. We take referrals from our partners at Connecting Carmarthenshire and match them with a processional PSU facilitator an artist. 

In partnership with Carmarthenshire County Council, The Connecting Carmarthenshire project and funded by The Arts Council Of Wales.
